The Echo Kiwanis Club took on halting degradation for the ole church in 2016. By Fall of 2018, Echo Kiwanis Club had fulfilled a second goal of sponsoring the new, independent Oregon non-profit -- Echo Heritage Association -- and raising $20,000 in seed funds.
The mission of the Echo Heritage Association is to preserve the history of Echo by restoring, preserving and enhancing the Echo St. Peter’s Church for the benefit of future generations and to create a business model dedicated to sustaining its preservation and use.
Echo Heritage Association is an Oregon registered, public non-profit recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501 c 3 charity. Donations are tax deductible. For your convenience, we have a PayPal button below or, donation checks may be made out to:
